We had a good tournament at Otay this weekend. It was cloudy most of the day, and the air temps were on the cool side. The fishing was good; however, the bite did slow down a little compared to the previous two weekends. The size and numbers of fish weren't what we were expecting. There were still some small fish on beds. The grass is really starting to grow in the back of Harvey arm. Around Bushlow cove and the dam area, there is much less grass and crystal clear water. The water level was lower than normal but stable compared to previous weeks. The far left lane of the launch ramp is closed. Most fish were caught on plastic worms or small swimbaits.
